Northfield Biggabed Refund Policy
To begin a refund or exchange request, please email us at contact@northfieldbiggabed.com.
Up to 30 days after receiving your package, you can entirely cancel your order for a full refund. If you have already received your package, we will also organize a pickup with you. If we deem the package to be damaged outside of regular use, we reserve the right to charge you for any damage or a replacement fee.
For the same 30-day period after receiving your bed, if you want to switch sizes or change toppers, you will be refunded or charged at cost for the change.
30 days after you receive your bed, you are no longer entitled to any refund or exchange. We may choose to allow partial refunds or exchanges based on certain circumstances. We fully reserve the right to choose whether or not to give a refund past the 30-day guarantee period.
Please see the Rental Agreement which you agreed to when you purchased your package regarding information about our Limited Warranty, if the product is damaged, and any other questions relating to our refund policy.
